Books, Wonderful Books

Aliyah continues to do wonderfully at entertaining herself in the morning. I greet her when she wakes and I let her choose a book for me to read to her. (Which is almost always Piggy Wiglet & the Great Adventure; no matter how tucked away it is on the shelf, she finds it!) Then I snuggle her all cozy in the arm chair with the classic b's: bear, blankie, beverage, and of course a few books. As you can see she doesn't get too comfortable in the big chair. She instead prefers this little corner to nest in & read read read.
Meanwhile...mama usually has a nice hour of quiet time to use however she likes!
Yeah Aliyah!!! & May the happy habit continue!
